Hello I’m Kerry Taylor for the last 12 years I’ve been a landlord developer, I have specialised in transforming neglected properties into desirable homes. My passion lies in taking the worst house on the street and making it the one everyone wants to live in, often resulting in a waiting list of eager tenants.

My future ventures include supported living, where I aim to create homes that are accessible for all. I truly believe "Home is where you make it," and my goal is to provide spaces where people can retreat, thrive, and truly live, rather than just survive.

My family includes a young adult with what is thought of as having a disability, we like to switch that thinking into the phrase diff-abled.

Differently abled, still a valuable member of society with something different to offer to the skills market. Inside our home she is just as able as the rest of us, which from speaking to other families with similar issues to us they don’t have a problem till they leave their homes either.

We are passionate about spreading the word about this different way of thinking.
